Yes We are insured, bonded, and DBS-checked 'live' (background-checked) staff to ensure safety and trust.

 

Do I need to provide cleaning products? 

 We have our own equipment and supplies, though some allow clients to request specific products or their own.

 

What is included in a standard clean? 

Standard cleaning typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms. Specific tasks should be confirmed during a walk-through visit.

 

Do I need to be home? 

No, most clients provide access (keys or alarm codes) for cleaners to work while they are away, or you are happy for us to work around you.

 

How are prices determined? 

Pricing is based on an hourly rate depending on the size of the property, 

and the type of service (e.g., deep clean).

 

Can I change or cancel a service? 

Yes, we allow changes, though we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid fees.

 

What if I am unhappy with the clean?

we have a quality guarantee, such as returning to re-clean areas of dissatisfaction at no extra cost.

 

How do I pay? 

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque and cash, often scheduled after each visit or can be invoiced for payment to be made within 7 days.

will i be tied into a contract:

We always work into a contract on a regular services so both parties are protected, with offer rolling contracts that you can cancel.

 

i have pets?

That’s absolutely fine, we like pets.
